Excellent location, great bed, friendly staff. Downtown Asheville is a district that deserves exploring. The bar is nice.

Great place to stay, ideal location. We appreciated to chill in the nearby barley's taproom & pizzeria. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property.
The street outside is quite noisy.

Pool area remained brightly lite all night making the room crazy bright, so not able to wake up to the view as the shades had to be drawn.

housekeeping was way to early, didn't leave proper linen's. the check in desk set up was isolated, felt disconnected, staff was rude to indifferent. No information on hotel amenities in room, had no idea where anything was.

The location, the view, and the cleanliness of the rooms.
The breakfast was terrible: the bagel was frozen in the inside and the croissant was a couple of days old. My reservation on Booking stated that breakfast was included in the prize but the hotel staff claimed that it did not. They finally gave me a voucher, but it was not pleasant.

Service. For a hotel in this price range, I expected better service and more room service options. When we had a drink on the second floor, the wait staff basically ignored us and we had to go to the bar to order our drinks and then go back to get them ourselves. The hotel will appeal to a younger person because it has a modern, cool feel. More mature travellers will expect a little pampering for this price point. Would not go back---too many other options in Asheville.
